Game of Thrones 6x02 'Home' TV TALK

This episode we switched back to a couple of characters that we haven't seen in a while.... characters I was perfectly happy I hadn't seen. This wasn't my favourite episode but it was still extremely entertaining and the beautiful show it always is.

Starting with Bran... he's back! Yay.... We haven't seen him in over a series but he's doing fine- just learning... everything. He may not be my favourite story line ever but I didn't mind seeing into the past- meeting a young Ned and Lyanna as well as a young Hodor- or should I say Wylis!!

Another character we hadn't seen in a while was Yara and Balon.... again, I haven't minded not seeing them. Balon gets killed by his brother Euron and now Yara wants to rule... which I don't really see happening?
Over to Sansa, she's having an nice bonding chat with Brienne and, what do you know, Brienne claims allegiance to her!! If it were me, I wouldn't want Brienne claiming to protect me... the last two people died when she did that.
Theon has also announced that he's headed home, back to the Iron Islands. What perfect timing! He'll find out that daddy's dead!
In Winterfell, Ramsay is as evil as always.

He kills Roose Bolton (a dagger through the heart exactly the way Roose killed Robb...) and also murdered Walda and her son- the last heir to the Boltons. He's on a roll! Now Ramsay's plans are to attack Castle Black. Good ol' murdering and battles over in the North!!!
In King's Landing, Jaime confronts the High Sparrow (to no success, really) and Cersei is banned from going to Myrcella's funeral. For once, not much happened in King's Landing... they really need to up their game.
But everything was going down at Castle Black!! Davos goes to Melisandre for help, drags her out of her depressive pit she's fallen into and asks her to bring back Jon. No pressure or anything. And she brings him back!!! I'm not going to lie; I was spoiled for this too so wasn't surprised. But I am surprised at how much I'm loving Melisandre's character! She's so interesting!

Over the Narrow Sea, we have Arya in Braavos continuing her blind fighting. She's getting better and she obviously passed some kind of test because she's now gone with Jaqen back to the House of Black and White. What a load of work this is to become no one!
And finally we have a lot of bravery from Tyrion in Meereen. He decides to take it upon himself to unchain the two dragons that Daenerys locked up a while ago. He's a complete stranger and just goes up to fire-breathing, vicious dragons! I'm shocked he didn't bring Missandei with him... at least the dragons know and like her.
