The Walking Dead 3x14 'Prey' TV TALK

It's been a while since I've posted a Walking Dead review but, don't worry, I'm still watching it. I'm just seriously behind on this stuff. So what better filler for a Tuesday do you need?! I have taken a break from the Walking Dead since being introduced to the Game of Thrones world but now that I've nearly finished season seven, I can continue watching this (Game of Thrones just demands attention).

SPOILERS AHEAD- SPOILERS AHEAD- SPOILERS AHEAD- SPOILERS AHEAD- SPOILERS AHEAD
We start with a flashback which is different. We see a snippet of Michonne and Andrea when they were on the road together and we get a little insight as to who those two Walkers were- the ones that Michonne kept on chains and dragged around everywhere.
Michonne never really elaborates on anything but I really want to know more about her past and what she used to do before the outbreak.

We then go back to present day to see the Governor in his 'workshop'- essentially a room where he can torture Michonne with all those very scary tools that he had.
Milton took Andrea to watch the Governor be super creepy and, when Andrea tries to kill him, Milton stops her!!! We've had so many opportunities to kill the Governor and we keep letting them slide down the drain!
Andrea goes off to the prison once again because she's decided now that she doesn't like the Governor and she can't seem to get her loyalties straight. You can sense my frustration with this fickle woman...
Tyreese and Sasha had to tell the Governor that she left and the Governor essentially tells them not to worry because she's crazy from being out with the Walkers for too long. The Governor only says that so that, if Andrea told them anything bad about him, they'd think it was just because she was crazy. Nice move, Phillip.
And then, the race starts!
The Governor starts to chase after her and she's so close to getting away but just... doesn't make it.
She manages to out run the car at first and she ends up at an abandoned building. The Governor obviously follows her and... I love the next scene sequence. They're both trying to be quiet and Andrea's trying to get away. The Walkers only give away each others positions and when Andrea set the crowd of Walkers on him, I thought for sure he was dead! But the damn guy has nine lives or something.
Andrea should not have assumed he was dead.
She is so damn close to making it to the prison- Rick even sees a glimpse of her but the Governor just catches her! Andrea should've been a little damn quicker!
I also hate that the Governor lied about finding Andrea. Just so that he can torture her in peace, the bastard!
We also follow some of the Governor's other henchmen and we find their little stock of Walkers. Tyreese and Sasha definitely want to leave now which is good because I like them and don't want them to get caught up with the Governor.
We then catch a scene where someone (we don't know who) set fire to the Governor's stash of Walkers. I immediately assumed it was Tyreese and Sasha but it was Milton! I was impressed... until the Governor instantly and obviously knew it was him!
And now, Andrea is all tied up to be tortured! That's what she gets for being too slow when waving to Rick.

Thanks for reading! Feel free to comment your thoughts. Stay amazing!
