Killing Eve 1x02 'I'll Deal With Him Later' TV TALK

* * * * *
As always, every episode of this show is amazing. Despite it only being episode two, so much happens and it causes me to be inexplicably addicted to it. This episode was full of death, humour and an anticipation that grows with every single second. This episode particularly has a brilliant ending and is so effective at making you yearn for more. This is a totally bingeable series.

Season 1:  1x01

SPOILERS AHEAD- SPOILERS AHEAD- SPOILERS AHEAD- SPOILERS AHEAD- SPOILERS AHEAD
We start the episode with a good ol' Villanelle killing and, again, it's super entertaining!!! (What's happening to me?) Villanelle has to be the most lovable psychopath on TV, I swear. She just has this great humour and nonchalance when she's killing people that makes it so fun to watch!
Konstantin has Villanelle assessed before she gets any more assignments because he's worried she's not in the best mental state and... this was maybe the best scene on TV ever. She shows up to the assessment with a giant pink dress on and answers all the questions with such sass and sarcasm... the whole scene encapsulates why I love Villanelle. She isn't signed off but she steals the next target from Konstantin anyway.

She kills the lady (I can't remember all of her victims names... there's too many) spectacularly. Villanelle created some kind of poisonous perfume that made the lady have an asthma attack and die. And I will never get over the way Villanelle waved the woman's hand like a puppet and said 'bye-bye.' Villanelle's bat-shit crazy and I love it.
We also see Villanelle get involved in a 'relationship' (can we really call it that?) with a local guy called Sebastian. I think it was interesting to see Villanelle try to engage in something so 'normal.' I think part of her does want a normal life- one where she can confide in people and watch movies with someone like she always says but, at the same time, I don't think she has the capacity in her to do something so normal. Sebastian really seemed to like her but, poor guy, ended up dead pretty quickly- killed by the same perfume Villanelle killed that lady with. Nevertheless, he's dealt with.
Meanwhile, Eve is being introduced to her new MI6, super secret, hide-out lab and we meet Kenny! I absolutely love Kenny to pieces. He's smart, he's kind and he's so adorably nervous about the most bizarre stuff.
Konstantin warns Villanelle that a British team is looking for her and, at the end of the episode, we see the penny drop as they both realise they've seen each other. This was such an amazing end to an episode because you just can't wait to continue watching! This is the point when their fascination with each other truly begins and the anticipation of them meeting each other again is undeniable!!

Thanks for reading! Feel free to comment your thoughts. Stay amazing!
